Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Delivery usually takes 9–12 business days, depending on your location.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment.

Please note: no shipments are processed on weekends or public holidays.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Need it faster? Choose Priority Shipping at checkout for $2.99. Your order will be prioritized for faster handling and delivery.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.

Tracking is usually provided by your local carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, NZ Post, or a partner courier).

My tracking number isn’t working — what should I do?

Tracking can take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch. If there’s still no movement after that, contact us at support@solora-shop.com.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

Most orders arrive without additional fees, but import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Any such fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Is my payment information secure?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — you’ll get an email confirmation immediately after placing your order with all relevant details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us ASAP at support@solora-shop.com with your order number.

After dispatch, changes aren’t possible — but you can return the item after delivery for a refund (see Returns below).

I entered the wrong shipping address — what now?

Contact us immediately at support@solora-shop.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. If it has, please reach out to the carrier directly.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your code in the “Discount code” field at checkout before completing payment.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes — customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns.

How do I start a return?

Email support@solora-shop.com with your order number, items you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll send step-by-step instructions and the return address.

How long do refunds take?

After your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow your bank/card provider additional time to post the credit.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us at support@solora-shop.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Are there items that can’t be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products or any items with broken seals.
